The rangers on Fanoe offer a great variety of excursions. From hikes on the seabed at low tide, butterfly hunting, sealsafari to prepairing meals over open fire. We have excursion suited for both adults and children and during the summer season we offer speciela excursions for families.
The purpose of these activities offered by the rangers is to combine play, experience and education. After finishing an excursion we often hear people wondering, "we have done this hike every summer for ten years, but we did not know that ....".
During an excursion with the rangers you will learn, that it is no coincidence, that precisely this bird, plant or butterfly can be found on this exact location. And next time you go to the same location on your own you will look at the nature with different eyes.
The cultural history of Fanoe also forms part of the rangers activities. "Paint your own Fanø picture" and "In the footsteps of the artist" are activities offered
by the rangers.
